To no surprise, this is exactly where the oil buildup on the tractor frame was appearing and is exactly the same place the oil blew out of the engine when I plugged the recirculation port with my finger. After removing the crankcase cover and inspecting things, I discovered I was one bolt short of ten! The Internet is a wonderful tool, especially when it can save you a ton a cash!
